What our sessions will cover:

  • Our kick-off session is a deep dive into where you're at, where you want to go, and anything in your way of getting there. Based on this discovery session, Claire will be able to customize the rest of the program to your needs. We'll also cover best practices for time and energy management, to ensure that you get the most out of this experience.

  • You may want to serve everyone but to start with, you need to get focused on your core audience. Who are they? Where are they? This session is a bit of sociology, anthropology, and good 'ole customer research.

  • A great idea does not equal a great business. Learn the signals to look for to validate your concept, plus brainstorm multiple routes to revenue.

  • The key to business success is the ability to conduct experiments that test your ideas with minimal time and money spent. Follow our process to design your own, including success metrics to look for.

  • If a tree falls in the woods and no one hears it, did it happen? Same thing with marketing your business. I'll show creative no-cost ways to get the word out, plus how to do it consistently and without burning out.

    This includes creating a lead magnet, something that provides value to incentivize your target customer to give you their email.

  • I'll show you how to create a simple landing page (and for those who want to make an actual website, we've got that too!)
