Take Out Your Mind Trash
Your thoughts are the single biggest factor in how you experience life. Unfortunately, humans are wired to skew negative, which leads to mind trash (like perfectionism) and trash habits (like procrastination).
No matter how stuck you are, or how many other things youβve tried, it IS possible to learn another way and change your brain - and your life - forever.
Starting November 17th, my 28-day live virtual coaching program will give you the personalized tools and accountability youβve been craving to transform limiting thoughts and behaviors into opportunities for growth and groundedness.
This is the only time it will be offered at its current price.
Clear the noise, find yourself.
Stop letting your thoughts run - or ruin - your life.
Tell me if this sounds familiar:
π° Do you replay mistakes (perceived or otherwise) over and over?
π° No matter if something went well, can you only focus on what couldβve been better?
π° Do you feel compelled to work all the time/struggle to relax?
π° Is it difficult to turn off your brain, especially at night?
π° Do you worry about what people think of you? Do you often assume the worst?
π° Do you tend to catastrophize situations and/or jump to conclusions?
π° Are you ever anxious that youβll be βdiscoveredβ to not be as smart as youβve presented yourself to be?
π° Do you consider yourself ambitious but struggle to follow through?
π° If somethingβs not perfect, do you tend to give up?
π° Does the idea of failure or judgment stop you from taking risks?
π° Do you find yourself often frustrated that you βknowβ better but canβt seem to βdo betterβ?
π° Do setbacks, no matter how minor, seriously set you back?
π° Do feel your self-esteem/identity is largely tied up in how well you perform?
The list could go on. And none of it is your fault or specific to you. As a career coach who leads a community of 50,000 women (and someone who seriously struggles with her inner critic), these thought monsters are sadly, extremely common and blocking you from experiencing life as you desire it.
The good news is, youβre here.
Youβre aware that thereβs a better way to be, and while you might be frustrated (to put it lightly!), that you havenβt quite yet figured out how to get there, you have the desire, which means you have hopeβ¦the critical first step towards building the best relationship of your life: the one you have with yourself.
As for the next steps? Thatβs where I come in :)
A workout for your self-worth.

Hi, Iβm Claire! Iβm the founder of Ladies Get Paid and a cheerleader on your path to prosperity - in all the ways you define it π€
I specialize in coaching ambitious women to accelerate their careers without sacrificing their well-being, with a focus on developing inner and outer worth. My approach is to take the things Iβve learned personally and turn them into actionable tools anyone can use, no matter their situation. I believe that with the right guidance and support, you can use your struggles as opportunites to empower yourself and others.
The following are some challenges Iβve experienced and what I was able to create, not in spite of, but specifically because of them. Clearing my mind trash was the critical first step to seeing beyond the suffering and activating my purpose. I created a process to improve my relationship with myself and my thoughts, which allowed me to tap into a well of inner wisdom and bravery that had been hidden by mind trash for far too long. Itβs a process that I cannot WAIT to share with you, because I know it works.
At age 30 realized I was gay and left my marriage β‘οΈ Unshakeable connection to my intuition
Diagnosed with bipolar type II β‘οΈ Learned self-management skills
Experienced burnout and near bankruptcy during the pandemic β‘οΈ Built a stronger business model and sustainable habits
Sued for gender discrimination by a group of menβs rights activists β‘οΈ Rallied thousands of people to donate plus landed a high six-figure book deal
My son was diagnosed with severe congenital heart defects and underwent multiple open-heart surgery β‘οΈ Started patient advocacy group at his hospital
Struggled with money including massive debt (received a bill from the hospital for $3.1 million!) β‘οΈ Got a Masterβs Certificate in financial psychology, created a salary negotiation course that Iβve taught at Harvard Business School and NASA
One of my biggest struggles however has always been with the voice inside my head. The voice that tells me that if I donβt work hard, Iβm worthless. That if my work isnβt perfect, Iβm worthless. This has led to extreme paralysis, a failure to launch more times than I can count, and constant dissatisfaction with my life no matter how βsuccessfulβ I seemed on the outside.
Hereβs what Iβve learned: whatβs on the inside is our actual experience of life. The good news is: that means you can create a better life no matter whatβs going on around you. The bad news is, youβre too close to yourself. Your belief systems and behaviors are embedded so deep, itβs almost impossible to make changes by yourself. You need someone else to hold up a mirror and hold you accountable. Someone to provide perspective and reassurance that you can do this.
Iβm honored to be that someone. I canβt wait to get started.
Clear your mind trash so you can see your future.
The greatest investment you can make
is in yourself.
